RAVIN SALES REMAIN SOLID THROUGH MARKET DOWN TURN - May 06, 2008

While many builders have had to close their doors or resort to huge disounts to sell their inventory Ravin Homes has maintained a steady pace of sales through this market down turn.  Ravin's philosophy has been to work with customers through the building process while maintaining only a few inventory homes for people that need a home quickly.  This philosophy has proven to be wise as they have been able to help maintain the values of the homes already sold by not discounting inventory houses.
