Since 1974 our family has lived in Fayette County and built over 57 communities here. We have a deep committment to the success of this community.

We still build houses the old fashioned way, one at a time.

Continuously satisfying our home buyers has allowed Ravin Homes to build more than 57 communities in Peachtree City alone in addition to other developments in Cowetta, Henry, and Fulton counties. Those homes range in price from $200,000 to over $2 million. Currently we have three neighborhoods under construction in Fayette County:

• Stonebriar, Fayetteville’s premier sidewalk community, was voted #1 for its price range in Fayette County by Midwest Georgia Homebuilders.
• The Villages of LaFayette Park, in downtown Fayetteville, is a sidewalk community where all homes greet you with an iced tea front porch.
• Cedarcroft, located on the westside of Peachtree City, features semi-custom homes and convenient access to schools, the golf course, shopping, and restaurants.

In addition to our homebuilding experience, Ravin Homes has also been strategically involved in several commercial projects including a dance studio in Peachtree City, office parks, and commercial/retail centers.
